Yes, you sure can! If you don't like the sound of next seasons box, we suggest logging into your account and clicking skip. 

HOW TO-DO THIS

1. Login to your account. This can be found in the upper right hand corner. It looks like person symbol.
2. Once logged in, on the right hand side under your NAME (for computers) or scroll down (for mobiles) click the manage subscriptions link.
3. Here you'll see your next box to ship. On the left hand side there will be a link that says delivery scheduled. Click this. Beside your next scheduled box will be a skip link.  
4.  Once you click skip, you will not be charged for next seasons box. It will automatically change your next renewal to the following season. 

Love Your Box purchases are generally final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items, add-ons, additional box purchases, or shop/edit sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. Broken items will be sent a replacement.

To sign up for a Love Your Box membership, head to our website at loveyourbox.com.au

Enter your email address to receive marketing emails and click "Get the Box!" to sign up. Fill out the order form, to set up your Seasonal subscription.

Once you order your box, you will fill in your shipping information! You'll also have full access to your account to explore your Love Your Box dashboard. 

After signing up, your membership will auto-renew every season until you decide to cancel.

As a Love Your Box Member, you’ll get a box of amazing 18+ adult toys, wellness, beauty, and the latest trend － hand-picked by the Love Your Box team! Value is around $150 per box. You will receive a Seasonal Box (4) four times per year. *

You will be charged immediately after joining the membership. An email confirmation of your order will be sent and you will be given access to your Love Your Box account right away.

Depending on when you sign up, that season’s Box or an Editor’s Box will be the first box you receive. The Editor’s Box is offered in between seasons once the current season’s Box has sold out. It may contain past seasons’ products and other products.

After your first Box, your membership will continue according to our seasonal schedule. 

Seasonal Subscription:

If you sign up for the Seasonal subscription, you'll pay $95.00* per box, each season. We will send you an email before you are charged to remind you of the upcoming bill and all other details about your upcoming box. 

Your subscription automatically renews each season unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming bill date. 

Every season, members have access to an exclusive sale called the "Add On Sale" containing amazing products for huge discounts, 30% - 70% off! Each sale will be open for a limited period of time and functions just like a Seasonal Add-Ons sale (with automatic checkout at the end of the sale)! (How do Add-Ons work?)

Customise is the option to choose one or more items in your box!

Once customization opens for the season, you can make your selections by logging into your Love Your Box account and clicking the "Customise" tab on your dashboard while Customise is open! 

Note: If you sign up as a new member who is not receiving an Editor’s Box, you will be able to make your customisations when the window opens for all members.

Who gets Customize?

All members* get the opportunity to customise some of the products in their box, free with the membership.

Can I choose more than one item?

While supplies last each season, we're offering the option to purchase more than one item for an additional cost! Once you pick your first item, you can then add other items by clicking the "ADD" button and you will be charged the corresponding amount on billing day. Click here to see our current seasonal billing and shipping schedule.

When does Customise open and close?

Customise is open for approximately 1 week prior to seasonal boxes being shipped out**. All customisations are subject to availability, while supplies last.

Customise will close about a day before the first billing day. 1st of each season.

Winters 2019 Dates

Customisation opens: Saturday, May 25th at 9 a.m. 

Customization closed: Friday, May 31st at 11:59 p.m. 

Note: Additional Customisations can only be on hold for a limited time if your account is past due. 

**If your first Seasonal Box is purchased after selections are sold out, then Customisation will begin with your second Seasonal Box. Selections are open for approximately 1 week prior to seasonal boxes being shipped out. See Billing/Shipping Schedule.

To access the Love Your Box Shop, you must be a Love Your Box member with an active subscription.

The Shop is a way to purchase Love Your Box goodies at any time! Items in the Shop may include additional boxes, past box items, and items from brands we love! Shop inventory varies frequently so don't wait if you see a product you love!

We'll also have Edit sales every season within the shop. Members will be notified when we're having an Edit sale! Click here for more information about our Edit sales.

If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following Seasonal Box. We offer no refunds after payment has been taken.

To unsubscribe from your Seasonal subscription, please log in to your Love Your Box dashboard and cancel. Todo this scroll down (if on mobile) or to the right (if on laptop) and click  Manage Subscriptions. Click the cancel button and follow the props. You can reactive at anytime.  There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.

Annual subscription cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for 4 boxes of membership and are nonrefundable.

If you wish to have a box asap, instead of waiting for the seasonal box, you can opt to have the Editor Box shipped within 24 hours. This box contains some fun goodies to get you going. You'll then be recharged for the seasonal box on that season's payment due date. If you don't want the Editors Box, you'll receive the seasonal box when we ship it.  Dates below. 

PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING

Summer- 1st of December payment due. 14th of December shipment. 

Autumn- 1st of March payment due. 14th of March shipment. 

Winter- 1st of June payment due. 14th of June shipment. 

Spring- 1st of September payment due. 14th of September shipment.

This could be due to many things. To better resolve your issue, contact info@loveyourbox.com.au with the type of device, operating system and type of browser you are using. From there, our technical specialist will work their magic and get you into your profile ASAP!

Non-Members:

Unfortunately, no.

Because we are a subscription service, you must sign up for a membership and agree to our Membership Terms and Terms of Use and Sale. Seasonal Memberships auto-renew each season and Annual Memberships auto-renew after you've received all four (4) boxes associated with your membership.

Once you're a member, you'll have access amazing perks of being a member! 

Active Members:

When available, you can purchase additional boxes in our Shop, Add-On or Editor sales!

If you sign up in-between seasons, you will get the Seasonal Box that is currently shipping if it’s still available. If the current season’s box is sold out, you will receive the Editor's Box! Your order confirmation will also note which box will be the 1st box in your subscription. 

If you begin your Love Your Box membership in-between seasons and the current seasonal box has sold out, your first box can be an Editor’s Box. You have the choice.

Can I get an Editor’s Box if I’m already a member?

During Add-Ons or Edit sales, Editor's Boxes may be available for members to purchase. If inventory allows, the most recent Editor's Box will also be available for members to purchase in the shop! 

The contents of your box are going to be a surprise － that's part of the fun! During the season, we'll post spoilers on Instagram, Facebook and via email revealing certain items in advance.

New Seasonal Members:

If you sign up today, you will be immediately billed for your Winter Box which will be the first box in your subscription. Your Seasonal Membership will automatically renew each season for $69.95* on the seasonal billing date unless you cancel your membership. (normally on the 1st)

Existing Seasonal Members:

You will be billed for your Winter 2019 box on June 1st. Look out for the email we will send before you are billed for exact billing information. 

We ship to Australia and N.Z

Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within two (2) weeks of your delivery date. Please contact us (info@loveyourbox.com.au) and our Customer Care team will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.

Add-ons are some of our most-loved products from past boxes and some of our new fave things that you can include with your Box order (discounted up to 50% off!). You have to be a Love Your Box member in order to select add-ons, and they are only available for a limited time prior to billing so jump on them before they all sell out! 

Note: There is no check out necessary in with add-on sales. Each member can purchase up to 3 of a particular product. Item selection may vary depending on shipping location. 

Add-On sales are open prior to each season's box shipment! Love Your Box Members have early access to the sale each season! 

How Add-Ons work:

1. Reserve Add-Ons by adding your favorite items to your add-on cart.
2. You may add (+) or remove (-) items up until selection closes. (See image below)
3. Any items in your Add-Ons cart will be automatically saved and you will be charged upon complication of your order.
4. Your Add-Ons will be shipped out along with your Seasonal Box. (saves postage costs)

If an item is showing "out of stock" this means that all inventory has been reserved to other members. However, if a member decides to remove or un-reserve an out of stock item, it will immediately make it available for another member to reserve. We recommend continuing to check back if you see an item you want out of stock. There is always a chance you can scoop it up! 

A mystery bundle is an add-on option that will ship along with your box! The bundle will contain a random assortment of items including current or previous add-ons and past box items. Each mystery bundle is worth over $100!

Currently, our charitable efforts are focused on specific charity partners each season. This Winter we are donating $1 per box sold to

From time to time, members may receive an email with the opportunity to send a free* Starter Box to friends! (How do Starter Box Invites work?) If you receive an invite, you can log into your Love Your Box dashboard to send the boxes! 

Once you send the box to your friend**, they will have one week to redeem their free box and begin their trial subscription! 

Love Your Box has set up a private group for women to chat about sexual and mental health and other topic related to women and their bodies/mind.
