Love Your Box purchases are generally final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items, add-ons, additional box purchases, or shop/edit sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. Broken items will be sent a replacement.
As a Love Your Box Member, you’ll get a box of fabulous finds in 18+ wellness, fashion, and office, latest trend － hand-picked by the Love Your Box team! Each box will contain $150+ in retail value. You will receive a Seasonal Box (4) four times per year. *
You will be charged immediately after joining the membership. An email confirmation of your order will be sent and you will be given access to your Love Your Box account right away.
Depending on when you sign up, that season’s Box or an Editor’s Box will be the first box you receive. The Editor’s Box is offered in between seasons once the current season’s Box has sold out. It may contain past seasons’ products and other products.

If you sign up for the Seasonal subscription, you'll pay $69.99* per box, each season. We will send you an email before you are charged to remind you of the upcoming bill and all other details about your upcoming box.
Your subscription automatically renews each season unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming bill date.
Love Your Box Exclusive Offers, are special deals curated exclusively for our members each season. We work with brands to bring you extra discounts in addition to the savings you receive with your box each season!

Every season, members have access to an exclusive sale called the "Edit" containing amazing products for huge discounts, 30% - 70% off! Each sale will be open for a limited period of time and functions just like a Seasonal Add-Ons sale (with automatic checkout at the end of the sale)! (How do Add-Ons work?)
Customise is the option to choose one or more items in your box!
Once customization opens for the season, you can make your selections by logging into your Love Your Box account and clicking the "Customise" tab on your dashboard while Customise is open!
Note: If you sign up as a new member who is not receiving an Editor’s Box, you will be able to make your customisations when the window opens for all members.
Who gets Customize?
All members* get the opportunity to customise some of the products in their box, free with the membership.
Can I choose more than one item?
While supplies last each season, we're offering the option to purchase more than one item for an additional cost! Once you pick your first item, you can then add other items by clicking the "ADD" button and you will be charged the corresponding amount on billing day. When does Customise open and close?
Customise is open for approximately 1 week prior to seasonal boxes being shipped out**. All customisations are subject to availability, while supplies last.
Customise will close about a day before the first billing day. 1st of each season.
Winters 2019 Dates
Customisation opens: Saturday, May 25th at 9 a.m.
Customization closed: Friday, May 31st at 11:59 p.m.
Note: Additional Customisations can only be on hold for a limited time if your account is past due.

To access the Love Your Box Shop, you must be a Love Your Box member with an active subscription.
The Shop is a way to purchase Love Your Box goodies at any time! Items in the Shop may include additional boxes, past box items, and items from brands we love! Shop inventory varies frequently so don't wait if you see a product you love!
We'll also have Edit sales every season within the shop. Members will be notified when we're having an Edit sale! Click here for more information about our Edit sales.
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following Seasonal Box. We offer no refunds after payment has been taken.
To unsubscribe from your Seasonal subscription, please log in to your Love Your Box dashboard and cancel. Todo this scroll down (if on mobile) or to the right (if on laptop) and click Manage Subscriptions. Click the cancel button and follow the props. You can reactive at anytime. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.
Annual subscription cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for 4 boxes of membership and are nonrefundable.

The number of Starter Box invites you have available to send will be displayed in your accounthere.You can only send as many Starter Boxes as you are allocated.
This program is intended for new members only. Duplicate email addresses will not be accepted and you may not send invites to people who previously had a Love Your Box membership.
You cannot invite someone who has the same IP address as you.
Invites cannot be extended to people in the same household. The shipping information for the person invited must be different from the member extending the invite.
If you would like to share Love Your Box with someone living in the same household, you can have them sign up for their own membership here, buy them a gift card or purchase a box for them in our shop.
Upon signing up, your friend will receive their Starter Box as well as a 21-day trial membership of Love Your Box. At the end of the 21 days, your friend will automatically be signed up for a Seasonal subscription and charged $69.95 for their next box.
Your friend may cancel at anytime prior to their 21-day renewal by logging into their member dashboard or contacting Love Your Box firstname.lastname@example.org
Any attempt or violation of the above rules will result in being prohibited from participating in sending Starter Box invites.

If you sign up in between seasons, you will get the Seasonal Box that is currently shipping if it’s still available. If the current season’s box is sold out, you will receive the Editor's Box! Your order confirmation will also note which box will be the 1st box in your subscription.
Our ads may display products that have been featured in past boxes or sales. Each season’s box is different and members will have the opportunity to Customize certain items in their box. We also reveal the contents of the box through spoilers as the season goes on. If we’ve revealed the most recent box, our ads may display the contents of that box.
If you begin your Love Your Box membership in between seasons and the current seasonal box has sold out, your first box will be an Editor’s Box.

Can I get an Editor’s Box if I’m already a member?
During Add-Ons or Edit sales, Editor's Boxes may be available for members to purchase. If inventory allows, the most recent Editor's Box will also be available for members to purchase in the shop!
If you sign up today, you will be immediately billed for your Winter Box which will be the first box in your subscription. Your Seasonal Membership will automatically renew each season for $69.95* on the seasonal billing date unless you cancel your membership. (normally on the 1st)
Existing Seasonal Members:
You will be billed for your Winter 2019 box on June 1st. Look out for the email we will send before you are billed for exact billing information.
Your box will generally ship within one month of successful billing. See Billing/Shipping Schedule.
EXISTING MEMBER SHIPPING SCHEDULE
For existing members, your box will generally ship within the first two weeks of the season,
E.g, Winters Box: 1st-14th Of June. Spring Box: 1st-14th of September. Summer Box: 1st-14th of December.
If you have order add-ons these ship with your current box shipment.
As soon as your box leaves our Yandina (QLD) warehouse, you will be emailed a link with your tracking number so you'll be able to keep an eye out for your box of goodies! We post Express with Australia Post.

Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within two (2) weeks of your delivery date. Please contact us (email@example.com) and our Customer Care team will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.
Due to shipping restrictions, content in boxes being shipped to N.Z may vary each season from Australian boxes. Gift certificates, coupons and sponsored items included in boxes shipped to Australia are subject to shipping constraints.
Add-ons are some of our most-loved products from past boxes and some of our new fave things that you can include with your Box order (discounted up to 50% off!). You have to be a Love Your Box member in order to select add-ons, and they are only available for a limited time prior to billing so jump on them before they all sell out!
Note: There is no check out necessary in with add-on sales. Each member can purchase up to 3 of a particular product. Item selection may vary depending on shipping location.
If an item is showing "out of stock" this means that all inventory has been reserved to other members. However, if a member decides to remove or un-reserve an out of stock item, it will immediately make it available for another member to reserve. We recommend continuing to check back if you see an item you want out of stock. There is always a chance you can scoop it up!
A mystery bundle is an add-on option that will ship along with your box! The bundle will contain a random assortment of items including current or previous add-ons and past box items. Each mystery bundle is worth over $100!
For each friend you refer that becomes a new Love Your Box Member, you'll receive $10 in credit towards your next purchase after they join. Which can be used for the add-on sales!
To receive your unique link to share with friends please log in to your Love Your Box Dashboard and navigate to the Refer-A-Friend page. They must use your personal invite link to sign up.
*In order to receive credit, your friend must be a new Love Your Box member and live in a different household. Same household or self-referrals will not be accepted. Starter Box invites do not count as referrals.
I just placed my order but I forgot to add my promo code, what do I do?
If you have an active promo or coupon code that was in existence at the time you purchased your order and forgot to apply it, please contact us with the code within 48 hours of placing your order. Info@loveyourbox.com.au
Can I use multiple promo codes on my order?
Only one promo can be applied to an account per user. Offers cannot be combined or stacked.
If I add a monetary discount code to my order, will it discount my subscription each season?
Any discount codes/promos used will only apply to a customer's first box and do not carry to future charges on the subscription.
From time to time, members may receive an email with the opportunity to send a free* Starter Box to friends! (How do Starter Box Invites work?) If you receive an invite, you can log into your Love Your Box dashboard to send the boxes!
Once you send the box to your friend**, they will have one week to redeem their free box and begin their trial subscription!
Unless they choose to cancel, they will be billed 21 days after the date of purchase for their first seasonal box (valued at $150+) for the full subscription price of $69.95. Don't worry, we'll remind you before your subscription renews! (What is your cancellation policy?)

Selecting Afterpay means that you can receive your order straight away, but pay it off in four equal fortnightly payments. Love Your Box is a subscription service, because of this, we will email you, a one off invoice for you to complete using Afterpay. Once this invoice is paid for, we will manually add you into our subscription database. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org using the heading AFTERPAY someone will invoice you back within 24 hours.

Once you have been an Afterpay customer for at least 6 weeks for all orders under $500, your first payment is made in 14 days, with final payment in 8 weeks.

*If you fail to make payment, you will be charged a late payment fee of $10 by afterpay with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid.
